Over the years, what we’ve loved most is the sense of peace this home and community provide. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down—whether that’s enjoying a quiet morning, taking evening strolls through the neighborhood, or walking the trails with the dogs. It’s simple, but it’s special.


We’ve also really appreciated how convenient the location is. Being so close to Route 70 makes it easy to get to downtown Frederick in just minutes, and even commute toward DC or Baltimore. Some of our favorite spots nearby include Tsunami for ramen, Oscars when we want a variety, Liberty Seafood for amazing crabs, and local wineries where we’ve spent many great afternoons with friends.


Frederick County has meant a lot to us as well—with its excellent schools, beautiful parks, and strong sense of community. It’s one of the reasons we were drawn here in the first place.
